3. Standard assembly sequence: bolt → workpiece → flat washer → spring washer → nut. The spring washer must be placed on one side of the nut and the sequence cannot be reversed.
Attention: High strength heavy-duty steel structures cannot rely solely on spring washers for anti loosening, and require the use of high-strength locking nuts and anti loosening technology; In high temperature and high corrosion environments, stainless steel complete sets of connectors are preferred.
